Benefits of Getting Your Vaccination
The vaccines will protect your health against severe illness, hospitalizations, and death, but effectiveness against infection decreases over time. The booster will increase your protection from COVID-19, including variants. The Omicron variants spread more easily than the original virus, even to those that are vaccinated or don’t have symptoms.
Get a booster shot 5 months after your Pfizer or Moderna, or 2 months after your Johnson & Johnson shot.
